01 Define
Every project starts with two questions: what problem are we solving for the business, and what problem are we solving for the customer? I work with you to articulate each clearly, surface the constraints, and agree on the boundaries of what we're building.
02 Align on goals
Once we know what we're solving, we agree on what success looks like. That means measurable goals — outcomes we can point to and say "we did this" or "we didn't."
03 Research
When the right answer isn't already on the table, we go find it. That might mean user interviews, usability studies on existing flows, competitive audits, or quick directional surveys. Research is right-sized to the question. The goal is always the same: replace guesses with evidence.
04 Prototype
Flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens that translate the problem into something people can see, click, and react to. We iterate fast, test against the goals, and stop refining when the work is unmistakably right. AI tools can speed up exploration without compromising craft.
05 Ship
Design isn't done at handoff. I stay close through build and partner with engineering to solve the inevitable last-mile questions. The work isn't finished until customers are using it — and you're proud of what you put in their hands.
